Welcome Home is rooted in service and volunteerism. Since the foundation's inception, people of all backgrounds have offered their services to further our mission of assisting the deaf of the Philippines. WHFI is always looking for more skilled volunteers who can commit at least a year of service; sign language experience is helpful, but not necessary! (Volunteers are trained in sign language here, by both deaf and hearing staff.)
